WHAT's New - Autoclave Engineers was founded by Fred Gasche in 1945 to fill a gap in the world of high pressure and high temperature technology. Autoclave has created and produced many novel pressure vessel designs as well as made significant break throughs in high pressure technology such as the MagneDrive® magnetically coupled agitator. We have made these developments through commitments to constant innovation and hiring the best technical personnel available. This commitment is supported and encouraged by our parent company Snap-tite, Inc.
What's New at
Autoclave Engineers?
MAG075 Inline MagneDrive®
In-line magnetically coupled drive for contamination-free mixing in high pressure vessels with torques up to 7 inch-lbs. anb speeds up to 3300 rpm.
URC- Universal Reactor Controller
The Autoclave Engineers (Universal Reactor Controller) (URC) provides the temperature, pressure, and mixer speed control required for the majority of our stirred and non-stirred reactor systems. By completing the model number the unit will provide the customer with a complete control solution for his system including the optional data acquisition/control package if required
BTRS-JR Laboratory Reactor Systems
Autoclave Engineers’ BTRS - Jr® is a complete reaction system for vapor phase catalyst evaluation and continuous flow process analysis. The reactant preparation portion is capable of handling up to four inputs. Two inputs can be high pressure liquid pumps. The reactants are passed through an optional mixer/vaporizer assembly for blending and creating a single homogeneous, non-pulsating stream to be fed to the reactor.
Multi-Train BTRS
Combinatorial catalyst screening and evaluation for the Fischer-Tropsch process, petrochemical, hydrocarbon, and other specific chemical reactions through our fixed bed and stirred reaction systems
MagnePump Autoclave Engineers MagnePumps eliminate or reduce many of the problems associated with conventional pumps, such as leakage, contamination and packing heat generation. Click here to view Product Information
The High Pressure, Bolted Closure reactors permit research to be conducted at extremely high temperatures and pressures. Autoclave Engineers has designed this line of reactors and specified the valves, fittings and tubing to be capable of 5,000 psi at up to 950°F (345bar @ 510°C)
