High Pressure Pumps - Autoclave offers a 3/4HP or a 5HP, magnetically coupled, packless pump design that provides improved efficiency, high torque and reduced heat losses. These pumps are available in several different materials and capable of running on several different supply voltages.

For high-pressure pumping applications where purity of the fluid is a major consideration or where leakage of material could be hazardous.

MagnePump® - 3/4 HP

A magnetically coupled, packless, high-pressure pump.
Designed for pumping liquid at up to 5,000 psi (345 bar) at temperatures up to 650ºF (340ºC). Maximum liquid flow is 19 GPM (72 LPM). Packless design reduces leakage and contamination in applications where purity is vitally important. Operates on 110/220vac, single phase voltage.

MagnePump® - 5 HP

A magnetically coupled, packless, high-pressure pump.
Designed for pumping liquid at up to 2,500 psi (172 bar) at temperatures up to 650ºF (340ºC). Maximum liquid flow is 40 GPM (151 LPM). Packless design reduces leakage and contamination in applications where purity is vitally important. Operates on 230/460vac, 3 phase voltage.

Air Driven High Pressure Liquid Pumps

All NEW high pressure pumps!
Available from our sister division. Autoclave Engineers has decided not to private label a high pressure pump, not to buy a high pressure pump company, but to create a line of air-driven high pressure pumps that will rival any presently available on the market today. What you will see is a group of products that will out-perform and out-last any that have come before us.
