ATX HOSE

Manufactured in similar process as TPX, except designed for higher pressures, Snap-tite ATX utilizes a 3-ply design where the cover and liner are extruded independently and double vulcanized to guarantee a consistent, compact hose wall. The 3-ply design allows us to weave the reinforcement tighter than a typical extruded rubber hose which increases tensile strength and puncture resistance. ATX has a stronger jacket which increases the service test pressure, as compared to TPX, to 300 psi (1895 Kpa).
